AI-Powered Full-Stack Engineer
I help businesses grow — with AI-powered web apps and automation that save you time, win you customers and scale with you.

I'm Razia — an AI-powered full-stack engineer who helps businesses grow, and the founder of Alif Dev Studio. My path wasn't linear, but it was intentional. I started exactly where most developers do: watching YouTube tutorials, copying code I didn't fully understand, and wondering if I would ever actually get it.
AI isn't a tool I use on the side — it's core to how I build. Every recent platform I've shipped has AI features grounded in real application data: RAG pipelines, function-calling agents and semantic search, so the AI answers from live data instead of guessing.
Today I run Alif Dev Studio alongside a full-time engineering role at Kodex Byte — handling scoping, architecture, development, AI integration, deployment and ongoing support. If you want a developer who treats your project like their own product, let's talk.
It started with curiosity. I watched my first HTML/CSS tutorial online and built a static webpage. That one page changed everything. Within weeks I was deep into JavaScript, understanding the DOM, and realizing that software was something I wanted to build, not just use.
I enrolled in structured full-stack development courses and committed to learning properly — not just copy-pasting code. I studied data structures, algorithms, system design fundamentals, and completed hands-on modules covering React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Every concept had to be understood, not memorized.
I moved beyond tutorials and started building independently. My first complete full-stack application had user authentication, a REST API, and a MongoDB backend. It wasn't pretty, but it worked end-to-end. I learned more from that one project than months of watching videos. I was hooked.
AI became core to how I build, not just a coding assistant on the side. I started shipping AI features grounded in real application data — RAG pipelines, function-calling agents, and semantic search — across legal, healthcare, inventory, and finance products, so the AI answers from live data instead of guessing.
With multiple production-grade projects behind me, I launched Alif Dev Studio — a professional development studio focused on helping businesses build powerful, scalable, AI-integrated web applications. I wasn't just a developer anymore; I was a founder managing client relationships, project timelines, technical architecture, and delivery.
Landed my first full-time engineering role, shipping production features on a live UK-based cricket agency platform and building the authentication module for a 9-developer SaaS team (Fastify + Prisma) — while continuing to run Alif Dev Studio for freelance and personal projects.
Took on 4 international hackathons building CodeReview Agent — an autonomous AI code-review agent with persistent memory (CockroachDB), schema-grounded analysis (DataHub MCP), and S3 archival — competing for a combined $150K+ in prize pools against global talent.
From my first computer course to a professional internship: every certificate is a step I took on purpose.
Step 1 · Where it started
Peak Solutions College 22 Aug 2019 · 12 weeks
My first formal computer course: the day I learned how to actually use a computer. Everything I build today stands on these basics.
Step 2 · Learning to communicate
Peak Solutions College 22 Aug 2019 · 8 weeks
I took this course to speak English fluently and with confidence. It is the reason I can talk to international clients and explain technical ideas clearly.
Step 3 · Starting web development
JDC Free IT City, Lahore Dec 2024 – Feb 2025
I began web development in 2024 with the basics, and finished this course at the end of that year. From here I kept going on my own with YouTube, documentation and real projects.
Step 4 · Professional experience
KodexByte 15 Apr – 10 Jul 2026
A three-month internship in KodexByte's Web Development Department: website development, front-end and back-end work, testing and team collaboration. I now work there as a Full Stack Engineer.
Between and beyond these, I taught myself from YouTube, documentation and by building real projects. That part has no certificate, but the work shows it.
I don't just write code — I engineer complete digital products that solve real business problems and create measurable value.
AI features grounded in your live application data, not generic chatbot wrappers — function-calling agents, RAG pipelines, and semantic search that actually query your database.

No client reviews are published yet — so here's what you can verify yourself instead of taking my word for it.
Multiple platforms running in production today — not demos. Tafawooq, LawHelpZone, and the Inventory SaaS all handle real auth, real payments, or real data.
Real vulnerabilities found and fixed — JWT weaknesses, privilege escalation paths, and race conditions on stock updates — documented in the case studies below, not just claimed.
Every repo is public. Clone it, read the commit history, judge the code quality yourself — nothing here is hidden behind a locked demo.
All prices are in USD. Every package shows its starting price and what's included. The final quote is fixed after a short discovery call, once the scope is clear. Payments are split 50% upfront and 50% on completion, with milestones for larger builds.
For small businesses and startups that need a fast, polished, mobile-first website.
For products that need a real backend: user accounts, a database, and an admin side.
For larger multi-user products such as SaaS tools and marketplaces with payments and real-time features.
For live products and long-term clients who need steady feature work, fixes, and code reviews.
Hiring through Upwork? Any package can run as a fixed-price contract with milestones, or as an hourly contract, whichever suits you.
